
At Launch, physical wellness is an important part of our approach to learning and development. Our Fitness Centre offers students the opportunity to build healthy, active routines through regular fitness classes that include dance, yoga, stretching, calisthenics, balance and stability training, as well as the use of stationary bikes and elliptical machines.
Weather permitting, we love to take our fitness outdoors—with walks and fresh-air movement sessions that help students enjoy the benefits of physical activity in a natural setting. Whether it’s admiring the cherry blossom trees, hiking a local trail or playing soccer in an open field!
With the arrival of spring weather, we’ve been making the most of the sunshine and fresh air by heading outside as often as possible. These outdoor moments add energy, variety, and joy to our students’ daily routines while reinforcing the importance of staying active. Our ultimate goal is to help students establish lifelong fitness habits in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment
