At Launch, our BLC In program offers students the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and dive into real-world work experience—right in our very own production centre. Here, students take charge of creating, packaging, and selling a line of handcrafted spa products, available on our website and at our pop-up shops throughout the community.
But it’s not just about the products—it’s about the process. Students learn to follow detailed instructions, ask thoughtful questions, and tackle production and logistics challenges head-on. It’s a space where critical thinking meets creativity, and where self-advocacy and teamwork go hand in hand. From maintaining high-quality standards to delivering excellent customer service, students are developing a wide range of transferable job skills that will serve them well in any career path.
